Woody perennial forb or shrub to 40cm tall, or spreading. Leaves succulent, crowded, 0.5-2cm long, linear, flattened cylindrical, hairy. Flowers small (less than 3mm across), solitary at the bases of the leaves. Burrs hairy with 3-6 spines. Endangered Vic.
